BUYING USDT WITH CASH (You buy, we sell)
You must be onboarded and verified before placing a cash order.
Place your order on our website. Once confirmed, you will be instructed which bank account to deposit your cash into.
We do not come to collect cash from your premises. All cash must be deposited by you directly into our designated bank account. USDT is released only after the deposit is confirmed.
USD Cash Deposit Limits
Individual accounts: Maximum $20,000 per day
Corporate accounts: Maximum $100,000 per day

SELLING USDT FOR CASH (You sell, we buy)
You must be onboarded and verified before placing a cash order.
USDT must be transferred to our wallet first. Cash is paid out only after USDT is received and confirmed on the blockchain.
USD Cash Withdrawal Limits
Individual accounts: Maximum $10,000 per day
Corporate accounts: Maximum $10,000 per day

When We Pay You (Selling USDT)
ZMW transfers are made via DDACC, RTGS, or NFS depending on your receiving bank.
USD transfers go directly into your Zambian USD or forex bank account and are fully compliant with the Bank of Zambia Foreign Exchange Directive (26 December 2025). We are authorised to make these transfers in a legally permissible manner.
When You Pay Us (Buying USDT)
Your payment must be made from a bank account bearing your registered name — either your individual name or your registered business name as verified during onboarding.
We do not accept third-party payments made on your behalf from an account that is not in your verified and registered name.
🏦 Bank of Zambia Compliance

Our USD payments are fully compliant with the Bank of Zambia Foreign Exchange Directive (26 December 2025). We are authorised to transfer USD directly to your Zambian USD bank account in a compliant and legally permissible manner.

Bank of Zambia Forex Directive — What This Means for You
The Bank of Zambia Foreign Exchange Directive (26 December 2025) prohibits forex transfers to or from Zambian bank accounts.

In plain terms: you cannot transfer forex to us from your Zambian bank account, and we cannot transfer forex to you from our Zambian bank account.

When We Pay You (Selling USDT)
We pay out to Airtel Money, MTN Money, and Zamtel Kwacha — ZMW only. Settlement is typically instant once confirmed.
When You Pay Us (Buying USDT)
We only accept mobile money payments as withdrawals to our designated agent numbers.
We do not accept direct mobile money transfers to a personal or business number. You will be given our agent number at the time of your order.

Limits are set by the mobile network operators and reset at midnight each day. If your transaction exceeds your daily limit, contact us to arrange an alternative payment method or split the transaction across days.

All mobile money transactions are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) only. For USD payments, please use bank transfer.
